About membership stages We will set membership stages according to the annual purchase amount.
*The annual purchase amount is the tax-included amount including shipping costs from April 1st to the end of March of the previous year.

Gold Member: Annual purchase amount of 500,000 yen or more Silver Member: Annual purchase amount of 200,000 yen or more but less than 500,000 yen White Member: Annual purchase amount of less than 200,000 yen


Membership Stage Period - 2026 Fiscal Year Stage Application Period: April 1, 2026 - March 31, 2027 (Reflects the total purchase amount of "delivered" items from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026.)

*The stages are updated once a year (every April).
*There will be no stage changes during this period.

About points
You can earn points by shopping at MUVEIL Online Shop.
1 point will be returned for every 100 yen of product price (including tax).

Points will be added 14 days after the delivery date of the ordered product.

Use of points Accumulated points can be used in units of 1 point from 500 points or more, where 1 point = 1 yen.
